Someone has stolen artwork and text off right off someone’s website to fill this 350-page book, which is being sold for $100.

If you’ve read it, you’ll see there’s very little that can actually be done at this point, so let’s do all we can. Pass the link to your friends, put it on your blog, Bebo, website, whatever:
